    not a great week went out and had 10+ beers for my buddy's 30th and i leave for vacation today here is to hoping i don't come back that much heavier but i need the break I will probably miss my next weigh in day hopefully by 6/14 it will continue on the downward trend lets get it.

    yeah so water weight,good week but in middle i started feeling very dizzy and sleepy turns out i was hypoglycemic,increased my cals and sugars 2 days post that day so i am sure my next weekly weigh in would most likely suffer,and i am sure i am not loosing fat at the pace i wanted,maybe a week more into this cut would be able to solve the problem,back to grind.

    Had a bit of a surprise this week. Early in the week was 136-137 still (139 at doctor but that was fully dressed including jeans and shoes). Then couple days ago, whoosh to 133 almost 132 range. I hadn't had a whoosh in a long time. Tend to be turtle pace the whole way now that I'm hovering closer to the healthy range compared to when first started about 5 years ago.

    hi all - i am back. I guess too late had a family emergency - and could not do anything about getting on bb dot com. I was 90% through updating the sheet with ~4 pages of updates when i saw that GJM753 kindly took over and had also done the work. not sure what to do - so I guess I'll stop updating?

    Don’t worry about it, family is much more important. Hope everything is okay now.

    Thankfully GJM753 was able to step in and do the updates.....tbh I wouldn’t have a clue where to even start, excel is deffo not a thing I can do anything with.
