not a great week went out and had 10+ beers for my buddy's 30th and i leave for vacation today here is to hoping i don't come back that much heavier but i need the break I will probably miss my next weigh in day hopefully by 6/14 it will continue on the downward trend lets get it.

Stressful week. Stayed on target with calories though can feel my energy levels decreasing. Hard to find that right balance of enough deficit but sufficient energy.

yeah so water weight,good week but in middle i started feeling very dizzy and sleepy turns out i was hypoglycemic,increased my cals and sugars 2 days post that day so i am sure my next weekly weigh in would most likely suffer,and i am sure i am not loosing fat at the pace i wanted,maybe a week more into this cut would be able to solve the problem,back to grind.

Had a bit of a surprise this week. Early in the week was 136-137 still (139 at doctor but that was fully dressed including jeans and shoes). Then couple days ago, whoosh to 133 almost 132 range. I hadn't had a whoosh in a long time. Tend to be turtle pace the whole way now that I'm hovering closer to the healthy range compared to when first started about 5 years ago.
