    I'm fructose intolerance and I can't have too much iodine. so yeah. i take multis(iodine free) and fish oil and do what i can. you dont have TO but you should supplement and fortified vitamins arent the same but you do what you must

    Yeah probably. Personally, I think the number one contributor to cancer is heredity. So if you have cancer in your family, all the vegetables in the world isn't going to do much.     Yeah, I think a lot of this stuff is overrated, and that genetics basically play the biggest role by faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaar.

    I feel like people have a grasp of nutrition, and how it effects the body. But it's only a small grasp, like looking at less than 1% of 1% of the tip of an iceberg.

    The body is more complex than anyone understands. People are definitely overstating what they think they understand.

    It's a puzzle that no one person can grasp fully. When people have this air of confidence when they talk about the body, and diet... sure they're confident in their opinion and sound like they know what they're talking about, but should they be? Big difference
