I'm switching from an advanced PPL o ICF 5X5 Novice routine after a week and a bit deload. Been training for 6 months or so. First day back tomorrow and I cant wait!!! Ill keep u guys updated ))))
1st training session completed on wednesday after deload.. Felt good, started at 80% of 5RM.
squat 60kg
bench 40kg
row 40kg
shrugs 50 kg
curls 20kg
tricep extensions 20kg
Hi I’m 16 and recently got a bit of equipment to workout at home. Currently I have a barbell with a max of 25kg (plates are pricey!) and dumbbells max 10kg. So far I’ve been doing compound exercises to do a full body every second day. My typical workout is as follows:
25kg deadlift 10x4 sets
25kg bent over row 15x4s
25kg back squat 10x2s
20kg overhead press 10x3s
20kg bench press 10x3s
5kg reverse crunch 12x3s
10kg dumbbell curls 10x4s
I’m confident in my technique for all the exercises, just came here to check if this is the right way to do things. Thank you for reading and any advice is greatly appreciated!
