    Exclamation How tf did I lose weight same day?

    So I weighed myself this morning while I had already eaten breakfast, drunk 500ml of water, went to toilet haha (peed and pooped ... sry for the details but i have to).

    I weighed myself again after a leg workout where I had drunk 500ml of water again and peed after. I weighed 0.7kg lighter.

    Why??

    Weigh yourself when you wake up. Dehydrated and before eating. Use that weight to track.

    Your weight will fluctuate throughout the day based on hydration, wether or not you chit, and how much food is in your gut.

    Its the food on your stomach, anyhow you shouldn't be worried about 0.7 kg up and down, also the best time to weight is when you wake up early in the morning with having anything! you can also try some waist trainer you try losing weight!
