Curious how water intake impacts weigh ins/overall water weight loss? I was previously drinking a gallon a day, I recently cut back a bit. I’m wondering how that will effect me? I’ve never really looked into water intake.

Bench press - 245 x 3 (Old stat, forgot the date)

Same here. I don’t believe the amount of water you drink, as long as it’s not very low amounts, affects water retention. Sodium and carbs do. If you drink a lot more water you will just pee a lot more. Obviously you will weigh more if you drink a bottle of water right before a weigh in.
