A question about cutting and calories

So i started going to gym this september and then i was about 68kg, now im about 84kg. Im 18 years old and 6'1 tall. My maintainance is about 3000 calories i guess. When i started gym i eat about 2500 calories, then in november about 3000 and then from january i started with 3500 calories. From janurary to february i noticed a huge jump in weight. From september to January i put about 5 kg, while in just a mounth in the middle of january to middle of february i put the same weight after eating 3500 calories a day. From the middle of february to 1st april i put another 5kg, and was about 84kg. I have fat most im my abs area, if i wear a slim fit shirt its hard to not show my fat there. My diet was mostly eating 3 eggs a day, 10 slices of whole weat bread, for lunch something to do with meat like chicken breasts and beef and green salads, and i eat about 500gr of rolled oats and 1 litter of milk a day. All in all about 3500-4000 calories and about 130gr-140gr of protein a day considering i would eat something between like a cake or something sweet that my mom gives me lol. Now i plan to cut my calories to 3000 and this is my plan. Everything is simmilar like before just that im going to eat 165gr of oats a day and 350ml of milk, and im going to add 500gr of sprat fishes which are like really cheap here, 1kg is just over a dollar wtf. In 500 gr of these fish there is 90gr of protein and 900 calories which is great i suppose for slowly losing weight, what do you guys think?

I don't see any clear question here

    Please clarify for us

All I got was are sprat fish good for losing weight. Never hear of those fish but an energy deficit is what's good for weight loss, not any particular food per se

It's hard for us to estimate your TDEE based on what you wrote. But I assume you aim to lose about 0.5kg(1 lbs)/week as recommended for most non-obese people. I'd guesstimate that you could do well cutting on 2500kcal or so, but it's up to you to figure things out.

But try 3000 calories and see how far it gets you. Trial and error. If or when you maintain your weight for a couple of weeks at those calories, try 2500 instead.
