    Skinny Fat or Bloated or Water Retention?

    I used to think I am skinny Fat, but now I am reconsidering that. When I wake up, my stomach is flat, but throughout the day it will expand. I read somewhere that if you cannot grab onto your fat, than you are bloated. I cannot grab onto my fat.

    You are 13 years old, 5' 5" tall and 110 pounds. Stop worrying about silly stuff.

    Eat what your Mother cooks and puts in front of you and stay active. If possible, find a team sport to play.

    you’re 13, just eat healthy and be active. Don’t starve yourself and if you can get a gym membership and have someone experienced show you the ropes.

    I have to agree with the others, you’re in a point in your life where you shouldn’t worry about your appearance that much. If you’re really worried about it you could ask a doctor, but they’d probably tell you the same thing. It’s probably something that will get better as you age if you keep active, so I think it’s something you’ll have to tolerate for now.
