First off, let me start with creatine
I usually get bloated, I don’t take it more than a few weeks, and I don’t see results.
Signature series creatine really has helped with recovery, and fueled my workouts.
It’s been over a month and I still have a bunch left. I’m happy with this
The BCAAs, not a huge fan of the flavor (fruit punch), but that’s me.
Quality wise? YES PLEASE. Took it every day for fasted cardio. As someone who’s tried many different BCAAS, I noticed the quality. And it made my stair master crusades more bearable.
The preworkout: loved the pump
Many times I’d get two scoops because I could anticipate a killer workout.
The flavor was also delicious (watermelon lime)
The multi: essential stuff and not a pill the size of a horse suppository.
The best for last: THE BIRTHDAY CAKE BARS.
No joke, I hate bars (and protein cookies). They upset my stomach, they taste awful, and they usually have a bunch of crap in them.
And they leave a weird aftertaste.
Not these ones. I ate two in a row once because that’s how good they are.
I had to hide them because they were always tempting me.
And the label profile is good too.
Really thankful for getting a chance to try and review these. I’ll keep the creatine, pre and bars on rotation!
