Hi there guys.
I am pretty new to cooking. Can you please tell me 1-2 easy meal ideas for dinner with easy ingredients? I am an ectomorph but I do have a little belly, so I am looking for some easy low carb dinners?
Also hat is your take on white bread? Just the simplest bread there is? Should you avoid it completely or just don't eat any after 6 o/clock if you're trying to NOT gain fat?
Thank you.

Work out how many calories you need a day for your goals whether it be cutting or bulking. No need to cut out any particular foods in moderation. I've just started a cut and I just track everything in my fitness Pal and eat accordingly. A nice easy high protein meal could be something like omelette with a bit of cheese or chicken salad with a bit light mayo and salsa. I'm noticing small protein meals spread throughout the day is keeping me from not being too hungry

Homemade burrito bowl, skip the rice if you want to restrict carbs. Beans, cheese, protein (I usually use diced chicken from a frozen bag) add in veggies to taste (Pico, guac, whatever) and some hot sauce. Some carbs from the beans but they’re low GI and also pack protein.
My usual serving of this is about 575 calories, 15g fat, 45g carbs, and 65g protein. I don’t use guac though which would drive up the calories.
