Alternating high kicks 30 sec
Alternating toe touches 30 sec
Alternating knee tuck 30 sec
Alternating hip turn-out 30 sec
Alternating lunge with a twist 30 sec
Rising torso twist 30 sec
Back slaps 30 sec
Forward arm circles 30 sec
Backward arm circles 30 sec
Butt kicks 30 sec
High knees 30 sec

Just a general warm up to do 30 min elliptical followed by weight training after elliptical for weight loss. I was just wondering if I'd be a good overall warm
30 min elliptical
Bent over row
One arm row
Lat pulldown
Tricep extension
Bicep curl
Face pulls (don't do bench or even push up cuz rounded shoulders and I do prehab for)

Deadlift
Hamstring curl
