Cant gain weight 6'2" 130-140 pounds

Hello, iv been working out for quite a while now and have been trying to stick to what i have read pretty well but it has not been working. I have been following the Linear Progression Based PPL Program found on reddit/r/fit and been trying to eat 3100 calories a day. In the morning ill have half of a serving of 1200 true mass and 1 cup of oats and a cup of milk in a shake giving me about 1100 calories, then Ill have a big plate of normally pasta to get another 1100 calories, then finally eating a snack around 4 pm leading to a around 600 calorie dinner. Im using myfitnesspal to track this and currently fluctuate around 130 pounds to 140 pounds and im 6'2" and almost 17 year old.

    So eat more.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

At your height you probably need 3000 calories just to maintain your weight, so bump it up to like 3300 or 3500 cals, I know its hart, but your a big dude.

Im 6ft 155, and I can eat like 2600-2700 and gain 0 weight. So especially with your height you need more cals.
