Morning buds.
How much meat do you eat a day (servings etc) and what type(s)?
And do you eat meat everyday?

At least twice a day, mainly chicken and beef, but I also love tuna and ham. The meals I don't are typically breakfast, which usually incorporates eggs anyway, and my mid afternoon meal which typically includes either eggs or Greek Yogurt. Along with fruits, vegetables, grains, etc.
For lunch today I have a 6 oz serving of cooked chicken thighs that we slow cooked in Italian dressing and seasonings. I'm gonna slather some bbq sauce on it at lunch time and go to town on it. I can't wait.Better Every Day: A Log About Lifting, Supps, and Life

Mostly chicken breast and tuna, but on cheat days i'll be open to other kinds like beef, pork, and ham. Tends to come down to what fits my caloric and nutrient needs, really.
