    It doesn't really matter. All meat is high in protein. Fat content varies - and you might want to keep a lid on total saturated fats.

    Go by price and preference.

    I eat mostly chicken, followed by beef - once or twice a day.

    At least twice a day, mainly chicken and beef, but I also love tuna and ham. The meals I don't are typically breakfast, which usually incorporates eggs anyway, and my mid afternoon meal which typically includes either eggs or Greek Yogurt. Along with fruits, vegetables, grains, etc.

    For lunch today I have a 6 oz serving of cooked chicken thighs that we slow cooked in Italian dressing and seasonings. I'm gonna slather some bbq sauce on it at lunch time and go to town on it. I can't wait.

    On my cut, I have one big serving of meat (ranging 150-250 grams) a day. Usually chicken, pork, or beef. Fish or tuna occasionally.

    On a bulk, I'm considering 2-3 servings of meat (about 1 lb) a day.

    I tend to eat meat mostly on weekends (for budget reasons), a couple of big servings of beef, usually. My everyday protein needs are met by eating dairy, drinking shakes and eating nuts/seeds and once in a while eggs.

    Doesn't matter what we eat. Eat meats YOU enjoy that are lean which allow you to meet your protein requirements. Everything is fair game; chicken, turkey, beef, pork, lamb, fish, etc. The more variety you have, the higher likelihood you will stick to it.

    I eat meat multiple times per day on a bulk or cut. I am a hunter so I always have deer, elk, duck, goose and usually game birds in my freezer along with various types of fish. That along with chicken and pork are staples and rotated over the days.

    i love any meat, prefer fattier cuts overall but sometimes i binge on chicken breast with some hot sauce on them.
    as part of carnivore (meat only diet) my meat intake is higher than usual. 3-4 lbs a day at leasts
