Want to make cutting as 'painless' as possible and would love to have a legit appetite suppressant assist me in my fat loss journey. Be it natural or some kind of pill supplement. Any recommendations?

Black coffee and caffeine. Also, some of those fake "fat burners" have a strong dose of caffeine with other herbs that might help. I'm able to make it to 1pm before my first meal and never eat after 7pm.

Embrace the pain OP!! When I say pain I mean hunger pains, not "bread" in french!! Start believing you're burning fat whenever you feel hungry. A real bitter decaf coffee helps me during the day. Sometimes eating a big breakfast with fats and just snacking the rest of the day. Always w/ coffee though.

Yeah Udog, sorry. I'm having trouble with my mood and anger since I've been in a deficit. I even got fired from my job for an outburst.
But I'm slim now!
I feel like my blood sugar is always low and I'm never happy.
It looks like I still have a ball of fat around my waist. Plus I'm seriously mental.

If its legal where you live, kratom is great for appetite control.
About 3 grams will knock down hunger and cravings for several hours.

I always chewed gum when I was cutting a lot of weight for a tournament, but it's mostly willpower. There really isn't a shortcut, you just have to be able to say, "yes, I'm really really freakin' hungry. But no, I'm not going to make a sandwich". Within reason, of course. Don't go starving yourself

All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

Your argument is kinda silly. What does having will power have to do with taking something that relieves your hunger cravings when burning fat? If someone is able to reach their goal with the aide of an appetite suppressant to make his fat loss journey that much easier, did that person have any less will power than the likes of you? If they were able to reach their goal, appetite suppressant or none, they used will power.
Personally, I have found that lemon juice definitely helps crave my appetite and keeps me feeling full. I was curious what else is out there that can do the same thing or better.

Calling a cut a "journey" doubles the chance of failure. It's science.

It was always weird, my stomach would growl more but somehow the feeling of chewing something kind of got rid of any cravings that were appetite rather than hunger. So I'd still be hungry af, but I wouldn't get that feeling of "hm, got nothing else to do, maybe I'll snack"

It's not an argument. When you learn that many things you do to your body will have effects elsewhere you'll understand that there are no real shortcuts. When you get your diet dialed in you won't be that hungry unless you're running a deficit that is just too big to handle. Some amount of hunger is not always a bad thing.

woaaaaaaahhh cmon people. Such aggressive arrogant answers. If you think theres no "tricks" or tips to suppressing appetite and that its all will power than you couldn't be more wrong. And before you judge, remember everybody is different. I DONT CARE WHAT ANYONE SAYS SOME PEOPLE JUST DONT HAVE FOOD CRAVINGS OR APPETITE LIKE OTHER, WICH MAKES IT HARDER TO CUT THAN OTHERS, EVERYONES MOOD AND THOUGHTS ARE DIFFERENT. so whats easy for one person might not be so easy for another.

Use of any drugs are not allowed on this forum so read the rules before posting such rubbish. This drug is a prescription based medicine to treat ADHD not for casual use with fat loss and is not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
