Its been a long time, I shouldn't have left you. Without a new log to step to.
Currently trying to not be so fat. Body weight is at 203.5 and BF is at 17.6%. Not currently on a training program nor diet per se, however I am in the gym about 5 times a week and working on reducing alcohol consumption which will balance everything else out.

Initial thoughts 4/6
Taste is like a semi sweet pepto and bubblicious gum mix. A solid 2/5 for me. Mixed it using a whisk in a spinning back and forth motion for the hell of it. Its kind of gritty, settles a bit. Will definitely try shaker next.
It did kick in roughly 15 mins later and felt a nice caffeine buzz without any kind of jitters. I completed a push/pull workout. Nothing impressive as far as weights go but I completed some incline pressing above what I expected getting back into things. Hit a top set of 195/10. Hit 5 exercises total and played a few games of 21 on the court after. total time in the gym was 2 hours. Energy was solid all the way though with no apparent crash for the rest of the night. Took the pre at 1:30pm and went to bed around 10:30 without issue. Effectiveness I would give 5/5 so far.

4/7 Update
Used the shaker to mix, still came out murky and settled a bit. Still doesn't taste good. However, it ^&%$^%) works. Roughly 10-15 later the caffeine buzz kicks in and its off to the races. Once again there was no jitters, just a smooth delivery of focus and energy. Completed a Lower body workout consisting of single leg rdl with KB, swings with 36kg KB, single leg, leg presses and calf raises. workout took about 56 mins, then right after played ball for another hour. 2 hours of work with crazy energy. Definitely crashed soon after, but ,most likely from the amount of work put in.

4/11 update
I took a scoop this morning after only getting about 4-5 hours of sleep. I had a 10 hour shift of classroom work on my 4th day of orientation for a county job. I took the scoop at 6:20am and had solid focus and a good caffeine buzz for about 3.5 hours. The caffeine buzz left then, but the focus stayed. As of right now I still haven't crashed and will starting packing and moving a few things tonight as i am moving from today through this weekend. Not going to hit the gym till tomorrow.

4/27 recovered from a cold now.
5 min warm up on air bike
5x10 swings with 24kg KB
3x10 single arm rows with 24kg KB
3x10 single arm incline press on iso lateral hammer strength
3x15 lat pull downs
10 mins in sauna to finish
this prework out is great as far as effectiveness with no jitters. Just wish the taste and mix was equally on par
