I have done some research and have seen many bodybuilders suggesting to have as many as 8 eggs for meal plans. I struggle with this not because of cholesterol but gas. It produces a discharge which is probably healthy but I would rather have an alternative. What are some alternatives? I am training for my first physique competition which is several months away.

I've faced a similar issue because I've got a pretty weak stomach. For me the trick was to remove the yolks and just have the whites. It's not as great as far as protein is concerned but it at least takes out a lot of the heavier gas producing elements of the dish.
Sorry ahead of time for the much less tasty version of eggs. I just replace the yolk with a spoonful of home made manga or pineapple salsa.
