0, it is not bad.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Turns out it’s a 9 to my body. I never knew why protein bars gave me bad gas but whey protein shakes didn’t until I ate a helping of just tofu (which is soy). IT. WAS. BAD. For the sake of all humankind around me, I try to now avoid too much soy.
Not that way for everybody, my body just doesn’t digest it well.S: 375 pounds x 1 - 168-pound bodyweight 5/2019

Soy actually is great for you if you can deal with the texture and flavor.
"I can see clothes of silk, if materials that do not hide the body, nor even one's decency, can be called clothes ... Wretched flocks of maids labor so that the adulteress may be visible through her thin dress, so that her husband has no more acquaintance than any outsider or foreigner with is his wife's body." - Seneca the Younger starting the misc tradition of moral outrage and pearl clutching instead of lifting.

Absolutely!!! Sensible quantities as part of a healthy balanced diet is fine.
Excessive quantities can lead to issues for men as some compounds in soy can act like estrogen (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1480510/) but this effect only has any significance with excessive soy consumption
maybe the better question could be asked... How much soy in a man's diet should be considered excessive consumption? not trying to label soy simply as "good" or "bad". The real question is how much is too much?
For example water... Drinking extreme excessive quantities can be fatal but that doesn't mean water is "bad" and should be excluded from diets.
Unfortunately the exact mechanism and significance of soy's isoflavones is not yet understood, and there is not yet a research based consensus on the question of: how much is too much?
IMHO.. while we wait for more research we each have to make our own judgement call of what a "sensible" amount within a balanced diet, obviously avoiding excess (whatever that means). Certainly there is no body of evidence to suggest that "sensible" (whatever that is) quantities are harmful to men in any way. Of course the elephant in the room is whether existing research funding is impartial.
Just don't go nuts over soy, the stress caused by worrying excessively about soy may be more harmful than the soy in your diet

frankly i'm upset that you're rocking a solid beard. I shaved for the first time in 2 weeks on Tuesday and it took me 30 seconds. only grow hair on my upper lip and chin, and what's there is thin as ****.
I take solace in the fact that my eyebrow game is pretty solid, and that eventually i can legit grow my facial hair to be like Pai Mei:
