    Question Anyone got better results from bodyweight training?

    Just curious, are there anyone who get better results from bodyweight exercises?

    I mean, for example, you started to do dips and ring push ups instead of bench pressing.
    Stats:
    OHP 0,75BW 5RM
    Front Squat 1,5BW 1RM
    Deadlift 2,1BW 1RM

    Only Front Squat Crew
    No Bench Press Crew
    Bad Nutrition and Sleep Crew
    Extrem Metal Crew

    Pullups are best for lats IMO. Apart from that, no.

    I got the fastest results from pull ups and chest dips. But I got up to 100-130 a day.

    Can't really sustain that forever and keep doing more reps, eventually you hit a wall.
