Summary: Training this week has gone great. Thus far each session just felt better and better as if momentum is building so to speak. My dosing for WW has not changed. I usually wake up in the morning and have 1 scoop on an empty stomach prior to hitting the gym.
Thus far the energy and focus is smooth and has been consistent. This has been my experience with other CL pre workouts. The energy and focus is nothing over the top but it's just enough to provide me with a great training session and keeps me mentally engaged.
The endurance has been something I've also noticed. I leave the gym feeling as if I can keep pushing if I was still lifting.
The pumps have been stout. I actually had a sick lower back pump during some banded back extensions. I never get back pumps and felt it the next day in a good way.
Overall things have been going great and I have one more training session tomorrow before two days off.My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

Summary: It was a great training session this morning. I got to the gym at approximately 11:15 AM and started to warm up for some over head pressing. I felt great heading into training with 1 scoop of WW on an empty stomach.
The focus and energy I had felt great, especially the focus aspect. I felt dialed in during my entire training session. My overhead press felt nice and strong and I was happy with how all three sets felt.
I even had a pretty sick pump going on and it was noticeable after my sets of weighted pull ups. Overall it was a great training session. My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

Summary: I was feeling great heading into training. I wasn't able to get into the gym yesterday so I had to push my second lower body day to today. I had 1 scoop of WW a little after waking up. The energy and focus was kicking in soon after I finished my serving.
By the time I got to the gym I was ready to go. My front squats felt strong, so strong I hit a single at 225. Now 225 is nothing but seeing as it's been a long time since I've done FS I wanted to see if I was able to hit two plates, mission accomplished.
Everything else felt good through out training. The focus and energy definitely were the two key components in today's training session that stood out.My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

Here are my last two training sessions. I accidentally got my days mixed up and did my second lower body and upper body days in place of my day 1 upper/lower days, oh well.
Both sessions I went with 1 scoop of WW prior to hitting the gym. Things have been holding up consistently with WW. On my upper days I tend to get a pretty solid pump now. It seems it has gradually gotten better as this log has gone on.
Both sessions had some great energy and focus through out the training session, especially on my lower body day. It's been gorgeous weather wise in Oregon so I took my training outside and ended my lower day with some DB farmer walks, followed by weighted sand bag lunges (talk about a way to strengthen your core). The focus during these two movements was laser like.

Simple and effective workout. I'm not going to like though. Leading up to this training session I didn't want to train. The previous day I got hit hard with my allergies. This time of the year in Oregon is brutal for allergies. I tend to feel fatigue as if I have the flu so that was the case on this day. My strength wasn't there at all, at least it didn't feel like that.
I felt weak getting under the bar during my warm ups with squats and just didn't have that extra pep in my step I had in previous training sessions. Surprisingly though my squats felt nice and strong. The energy was lacking but the focus I had was there to help me through the training session.
I kept the workout short and simple yet felt accomplished. My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

Apologize for the late update. I've been a little tired from work and what not.
I'm going to post my last 3 training sessions. My thoughts have been the same through out the log. WW has been consistent with each training session, providing some great/smooth energy, nice focus, great endurance, and some nice pumps. Nothing has changed in terms of my dosing. It's just been 1 scoop prior to training on an empty stomach and that does the trick.
My log is going to be wrapping up with this week of training ad i'll follow that up with my final thoughts.

Summary: Seems I've hit a stall on my OHP. For some reason I just felt a bit weaker on this day. Last week I was able to hit 135 for 2 sets of 6 and missed 1 rep on my 3rd set. I went for 135x3x6 again this week but only got 4 reps on the first set. So I just decided to work up to a heavy single then reduce the weight from 135 by 15% and work back up.
I will say that I had a great pump this morning. While I didn't feel my strongest I still had a great training session. The energy was smooth and nothing over the top. The focus was solid as well.Last edited by Anthony21; 05-19-2019 at 07:11 PM.

So i'm going to keep this short and to the point. I want to first thank CL for allowing me the opportunity to log WW and put it to the test.
I'm not going to post my last two training sessions as it's a bit repetitive. I will say that both training sessions went well.
When it comes to WW, overall, it's a solid pre workout. Just like with all CL pres the energy and focus is pretty consistent in terms of it not too hard hitting but not too low hitting if that makes sense. It's about right in the middle. You notice a nice boost in energy but it's nothing over the top. It stays that way through out the training session. Focus was pretty solid. Some days seemed better than others but that's just other factors contributing to the lack of focus.
My endurance I would say felt right up there with White Flash in terms of how long I felt I could push it in the gym. The pump was pretty damn solid. I noticed as the log went on the pump seemed to get better, primarily on my upper body days. Vascularity was definitely noticeable.
The flavor I received was Gummy Worm. It's the first flavor of it's kind I tried and was pretty good. It wasn't too sweet nor over the top, definitely a nice flavor. Overall WW is a solid pre and I would recommend it to anyone looking to try something new. CL always delivers and this is no different. My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

Excellent log and good feedback and I'm gonna use White Warped 2 more times before posting
my final review. I used White Flash on my last workout so it's fresh in my mind how my workout
went so tomorrow I'll be able to really compare White Warped with it when I use it on back day
but like you mentioned the energy feels pretty good and continues throughout your workout.
