    Good stuff in here, I've been unable to do anything lower body for the last 10 days now do to pain in my hip. Did a bad forward split 12 days ago approx so healing working shoulderschest and arms, upper mid back but carefully.. posted some new vids for ya...

    HERE IS THE CHALLENGE WITH HIGH REP SQUATS-

    It feels like I have lost 15# all in the stomach area, (in 5 weeks) so I feel great, but things are so crazy now, I had to train on the 6th day instead of the 7th and the squats felt way heavy.

    So here is where my "gift" of training comes in, I will really have to listen to my body, I will most likely drop back to like 215-220 and go for 30 reps before my big heavy set?

    I will be resting 8 days this week.

    Anyway today's workout was-
    Squat 245 x 11 I barely broke a sweat or even started breathing hard, but I was NOT fully rested, so I stopped way short.
    270 x 1, 275 x 1, 275 x 1 Just taking it EASY!

    Here is what I was somewhat happy with-
    Dead lift 315 x 13 DOH, I chalked up after 5, 3, my last 5 where the strongest. Chalking up was the only rest here. I was just getting started here but had to stop.

    I also cleaned and pressed 175

    This was a short workout, I'm too busy this weekend, and way too busy to video myself. I'm already up chit creek because I snuck off to go train.

    You guys can all go phuck yourselves with you're posting vids to prove that I still train. I'm old school, and don't care, I'd rather write a thousand words.

    ......hell, I posted a pic of me teeth lifting and they still don't believe.

    I just sneaked in some curls 100 x10 30sec put down x 5 grinder those phuckers out, first 10 were strict, final five minimal swing. This is PR.

    NOW I rest for 8 days!

    Once again I totally forgot to setup a camera, oh well guys, I mean there are two professionals where I train who constantly tell people if their depth is good or not, so why should I worry about it.

    When I first started this journal the owner of the gym was telling me that he'd like to see me squat a little deeper, as I was a tad high, which he now says I'm below parallel.

    Squats-

    225 x 10, 250 x 15 (that was a nice set)

    275 x 1

    295 x 10

    325 x 1

    DOH dead 361 x 1

    I backed-off a little on heavy deads, I'm still over 400, but working back up to break the 200kg mark.

    C & P 179

    Cheat curl 159

    I lost 6# of fat from 225 to 219.

    Feeling stronger and faster.

    Squat 230 for an easy 20 reps.

    DOH dead 364 (felt strong, even though its weak as chit).

    Heavy deads continue to increase (very close to 200kg) and feel good.

    Worked on squat cleans form and speed, light weights 160ish.

    Cheat curls 125 and 140 for some reps.

    DOH Deads are moving up to 370#

    Heavy deads - less than 5lb away from 200kg, exactly 20# from breaking all-time PR. Taking my time still, I want 200kg to not even be a thought to me.

    Worked on full squat cleans up to 165, caught the bar too low on shoulders, maybe work from "dead hang", I know a little something about O'lifting technique, but it's so humbling to see these vids of ladies having perfect form with 200#. Is it the right bar, shoes???? I wear boat shoes, those summer shoes the dudes in "Jaws" wore.

    Cheat curls, bunch of reps with 115/125/135

    Once I get my all-time DL PR, I will provide more details of training in this log, maybe another 2-months.

    So my training day started good, ended ****ty, then got ok hours later, here's what happened......

    Squat (below parallel)-
    155 x few
    205 x few
    225 x few
    250 x 10
    295 x 1
    315 x 3
    330 x 1

    DOH Dead lifts up to 355 x 1 (I was not using the best bar) failed 359 DOH

    Hookgrip deads 389 x 1 my mind was way off today for some reason and I was just screwing around on this, I didn't use any leg drive and this felt hard (usually it's EASY).

    I then went back down to 315 and did 8 reps DOH.

    Between the squat sets I did dead-hang cleans up to 135, pretty easy.

    anyway went home, ate a big meal. Right after eating I got the urge to dead lift again, my mind was phucked on that rep with 389.

    on a full stomach-
    Deadlift DOH 320 x 1
    mixed grip 370 x 4 pretty easy, because I just ate a big meal, I blasted a mean fart on each negative, wish I videoed that, which would LMFAO. I altered my grip on each rep, I was not going to do a bunch more reps and puke.

    Now I feel strong again, and I should bring mixed-grip back in for reps.

    Curls 120 x 8

    6 days rest-

    Squat-

    245 x 2

    315 x 6
    Not bad for only 6 days rest.

    Deads-

    DOH up to 369, not fully locked.

    mixed grip (alternate grip each rep) time was running out, gym closes in 5minutes.

    389 x 2, load and lift, 399 x 1 x miss, x1

    I failed my second rep, paced around for a few seconds then nailed it.

    Train again in 7 days, then again in 8 days. Stay tuned!

    Did some light powercleans and fronts Sunday up to 140 to loosen up.
