Ok sports fans, I said I was going make a change in squats, I changed two things, first I narrowed my stance to where I can utilize my legs, my stance is so narrow that I can't go below parallel.
Before when I stance was allowing me to go below parallel, my legs lose power, squats are a leg exercise. The second thing I changed was I broke-up my sets so I can do a higher rep set......add weight, do more reps with no rest.......add more weight for a heavy single. This paid off..........
Squat-
Warm-up with singles to 269
290lb x 12, no rest, 315 x4 (screamed on every rep), no rest 345 x1 PR
Deadlift
340lb DO x 6 (barley held on to rep 6) mixed grip x1 flewwww up, but I was DEAD! Still a PR for DO for reps!
Clean and press
140 x 5 PR for reps
Power/cheat curls
135 x7 PR
145 x1
155 x1 PR!!!
YEAH BABY!!! I'm nothing, but I feel like a tank!

Very hot today, no energy, lucky some air was on in the gym today.
Squat- singles up to 269.
290 x 13, no rest 346x1 PR by 1lb
Dead lift
345x4 DO mixed grip x2, chalked up DO x1
The 4 reps was a PR for DO and chalking up real quick and hitting another added to that PR
Clean and press
135 x1
145 x4 PR for reps
powercurls
130x6, failed rep 7
130x4"ALL OUT"
Today was a more moderate day on squats, I was still a tad beat up from last week.

clean and press 145x1, 150x2 PR
curls 125 x8 PR for reps.
I'm going to really get used to 15-reps, in fact next week I'll go a little lighter and hit closer to 20.
Right now 10-12reps are routine, I want 15 to be routine at the 300lb range.

OH YEAH! no cursing, not to failure, 6lb PR, so I'm progressing, but this still killed me.
Dead lift 336 x4 DO, chalk, x3 DO.
This is a tad better than 335, at this point I had no energy.
clean and press
up to 155x1 meh.
curls
120x9 PR for reps.

Charlie, If I'm alive in 20years (age 61) they are going to really hear it from me, they think I'm bad now..........just wait, as long as I have a squat rack, I can always do deads, but the squat is king and going really hard is key if I want to beat these hormone therapy geeks.

306x10, no rest 320x5 (1-rep and 5lb PR with no rest).
Dead lift
340 x5 DO, had to stop here for reasons I won't get into, I really needed one more rep though.
Clean and Press
135x4 meh, 155x1 meh.

I'm done with trying to be a dick with people on here. I find it so fascinating that someone has said I have the mental capacity of a janitor, plus other things when I start threads about good training.
I WANT YOU TO REMEMBER and THINK ABOUT SOMETHING, I'm one of the ONLY people on these boards that has a clean bill of health, ZERO surgeries, I've had plenty of minor strains, but NO INJURIES that needed surgery so I can continue to train heavier.
Like me or not, that is a phucking rarity, I must have something going for me in my brain.

Squat 276x12 couldn't take anymore, WAY TOO PHUCKING HOT, NO BREATH, NO AIR, 315x1, 355x1 PR.
NO PHUCKING ENERGY, DOO RAG IS SOAKED ALREADY, everyone in that phucking gym looked like they were gonna die. The owner laughs because he is Philippine and can handle it (that's what he says) plus there is a contest coming up so the trainees need to be used to humid training.
Deads 336x4 DO, chalk, x4 DO, this is arguably a PR, still I couldn't breath anymore, there was a puddle of sweat even with a doorag on the floor from only 8 reps, disgusting.
clean and press 135x4, 145x4 (matches my PR), 160x1 (matches my PR, but better because I didn't use legs).
no time at all........
Curls 135x6 rushed, ugly needed to leave.
can't wait till cooler weather.
Phuck all you *******s who have time to train and can train in air condition, phuck you all, hopefully I'll end up tougher and it'll make me stronger in the coming month or two? PHUCK!!!!! I'm NOT SATASFIED, I NEED MORE.....MORE.....MORE!!!

Dead lift 341 x 3, DO chalk, x 3 DO (6 reps =PR)
Clean and press 140 x 4-presses, 155 x 2 presses EASY and a PR.
Curls........ not even worth posting, had to run.
The weather is getting better, may have to start squatting to near failure? Oh god, the very thought turns me into ****ness!
BTW, I saw Bernie on stage and his mouth was of such importance that he told a crying to baby to "keep that down", FOLKS, if that ain't the foreshadow of a phucking dictator.........

Squat - 291 x 13 (was that hard, no phucking wayyy), nice little cardio and leg pump!
Dead lift- 345 x 3 DO, chalk, x 2 DO (barley) this ties my PR, I felt rushed here as I was working with someone.
.......I'm doing some heavier deadlifting with singles working up to over 400. I'm keeping this quite for now, but you may hear how I'm doing them later on. Basically 1 rep after those double overhand sets with no rest and right now its' WAY EASY! (my all-time dead PR is 455 from almost 15 years ago (pathetic), I'm about to smoke that in a few months).
Clean and Press 135 x 7 presses PR.

Hot, humid and sticky.
squat
warm up 235 x 10, 265 x 6 (drenched in sweat already).
work set 280 x 15 as fast as possible (not bad) really, I was dry heaving!
Dead lift skinny bar 348 x 2 DO, chalk, x 2 DO PR. Not even close to all out effort.
Skipped overheads, no time, lots of stress.
strict curls
50lb power lifting squat bar-
105 x 3, no rest, 125 x 3, no rest, 130 x 1, no rest, 135 x 1

Squat
Warm ups, 165 x 10, 205 x 10, 240 x 10 (easy peasy)
and that's all you're gonna see, going to work up to more and more reps, but I'm gonna refrain from posting my top sets, as these warm ups are below parallel.
Did some dead lifts with 320, 335 for reps. I went heavier too (super-dupper easy), again waiting to break my all-time PR before posting. It may take 6-months instead of 3, it seems I need to do it every other week at times.
Nothing new to report on clean and presses 150ish for a few reps.
Barbell Strict curls, I did a total of 9 reps pyramiding up till 125lb
So, how ya like the NEW format? I think it leaves some mystery behind it, after all we got plenty of "tough men", keeping people in "check" around here who don't post chit on their lifting.
Looking forward to next week, I'm feeling real phucking good, but remember, I'm still a ****!

Only posting warm-ups with squats.
Squats-
135 x 5+, 185 x 5+, 215 x 5+, 240 x 12 who ha!
So added more weight and did another set of 10+, added more weight and did a EASY single.
Lets see if I add more reps to that 240 next time?
I did reps with double overhand grip Dead lifts with 350. I'm still going heavier in the 400's for easy work.
I cleaned and Pressed 165.
I cheat curled 125 x 6 and was very tired.
The squats allowed me to eat lots of calories and drink more without getting drunk. I feel great today, not too hungry and no real desire to drink. Only after squats and deads (in the same day, with volume) do I get the urge to drink.
I was not drunk, that was a sober post last night, a lot of folks got sticks up their ass around here, and what is this phucking fascination with trolls searching for troll accounts? You guys really seem like you got some loose screws?
Charlie, people around here think I must lie about my ****gy workouts, if that were the case I'd be squatting 435 x 12-15 for warm-ups. What I'm doing isn't chit. The only people who can crack jokes are the posse, it seems, if you ain't part of the posse, than your a troll, to the other trolls.

200lb x 15 warmup, below parallel, went over 280 for reps.
I will continue to add more reps to warm ups going below parallel.
DOH dead lifts- I'm doing reps with over 350 now.
Clean and press- 170 PR!
I feel awesome right now and can't wait to train RWWWWWW!!!

Squats-
Warm up with 215 x 20 below parallel, WOW! that was awesome and pretty easy too. So while I was still breathing very heavy, I did an easy single with 245, and then added 20+lb and did 10 reps below parallel.
I was so pumped after that, then I added more weight, 30lbs and did more squats below parallel.
Dead lifts - DOH with over 350
.......and then worked over 400lb deadlift.
I had a very strong Clean and Press with 165.
Strict curls for reps in the 105-120 range.
Feeling phucking great, can't wait to do another warm-up set for higher rep squats. I did what the Ultimate Warrior said, start with full squats 20 reps sets. (15-25 is good to IMO).

Squat-
Below Parallel.
I warmed-up with 230 x 18 this week, very phucking easy. I recovered pretty quickly, and then squatted 280 x 10. I then went up to 315.
I'm still dead lifting over 405.
I hit some strict curls with 115 and clean pressed around 170.
I made a change to my clean form (or powerclean). I widened my stance a tad, hopefully this will allow me to drop into a more front squat once I start getting closer (or over) 200lb.
That's all, I need more reps on my warm-up, its in my mind, so it'll happen.

3rd set was low 300's for reps.
Strong clean and press for 170 for reps.
Working over, well over 405 on Deads.
This is nothing, I'm still a ****......a **** who obsessed with doing bettter than this punk workout.

Curls 115 for double digits.
