So I started bulking in October 2018 starting at 132 lbs and Ive managed to gain 5-6 lbs a month taking 2600- 2900 calories. However, for the past 3 months the numbers on the scale arent going up at all. Im stuck at 162 lbs since january and Currently Im taking 3600-4000 cals a day. I also workout 4 days a week as opposed to 6 days I did before. I cannot force myself to eat more than 4000 calories. Anyone got any idea whats going on?
Thanks

What is your goal? The maximum muscle a person can gain during the first full year of lifting 25 pounds, so at the very least half of what you’ve gained is fat.
S: 375 pounds x 1 - 168-pound bodyweight 5/2019
B: 300 pounds x 1 - 177-pound bodyweight 7/2019
D: 405 pounds x 1 - 168-pound bodyweight 5/2019
OHP: 180 pounds x 1 - 168-pound bodyweight 5/2019

be patient, as long as you are getting stronger in the gym then you are doing fine, measure your progress by strength, rather than scale weight, but its easier to pack calories on if you add a little " junk " in there once in awhile. Be patient, lift heavy, sleep lots, and eat.Instagram - JFW_3

Please, please, please do not come back here, after you decide to cut, and tell us how much MUSCLE you have lost in your cut because you're getting so small. You're adding FAT. Yes, that adds size, until you decide you want to rid yourself of the blubber you needlessly added. But you do you. Good luck.
