Last was reverse grip seated military press for 4x15,12,12,9 (95,105,105,115) to complete the shoulder portion. Now was time for arms. First was a superset of cable curls 4x10,10,8,8 (82.5,82.5,87.5,87.5) and machine dips 4x10,10,10,8 (305,305,325,325). Next was straight arm pushdown 4x11,11,9,8 (90,90,95,95) and seated DB hammercurls 4x12,9,8,8 (35,40,40,40). Afterwards, I went home and ate 4 eggs, 1 cup of oatmeal, and a banana. Leg day on deck tomorrow
Todays thoughts:
Sleep was good last night but my body was just super exhausted. As much as I wanted to try to flip the kill switch on with energy it just wont happening so todays energy was more so about existing and making in through the workout. Pumps was good today but todays star was definitely focus. With the body exhausted (i blame the devil, i mean stairclimber), it took hella focus to make sure to have a quality session and not just pack it in and go home. Session was still productive (clip from it below)

Looking for much better results tomorrow with squats, deads, and HIIT tomorrow (either sled pushes or tire flips)

Woke up this morning at 330, downed a scoop of White Warped, and 10 mins later, I was out the door heading to the gym. After warming up, I went to spark leg day. First up was squats for 4x8,6,5,4 (290,300,310,315). Next was deadlifts for 4x6,6,5,5 (330,330,335,335). Last was a superset of lying leg curls 4x11,11,9,8 (155,155,160,160) and leg extensions 4x11,11,9,8 (170,170,175,175). I then did a 25 min incline walk. Speed was 4.0 throughout. Incline was 15% 5 mins, 20% at 15 mins, and 25% at 5 mins, Afterwards, I came home and ate a banana, a pancake, turkey bacon, and 4 eggs. Much needed active rest day tomorrow
Today thoughts:
sleep was pretty good.. good enough to where the alarm had to wake me up at 330. Still was dragging a little when I got to the gym n my lower back was a bit exhausted, but unlike yesterday, that kill switch flipped quickly with squats AND deadlifts on the docket. By the time warm ups was done n it was time for the first sets of squats, my focus and energy were right were it needed to be for leg day. Had a real productive squat session and carried that momentum over to deadlifts which was also productive. Afterwards was some quick auxiliary work followed by a steep 25 min incline walk. Every bit of energy and focus was needed for that to stay on n not just jump off n go home. All in all a great rebound to yesterdays sleepwalk session. Next iron session will be Friday for chest and vertical back

First round was 10 yards, next 3 rounds was 20 yards, and the final round was 30 yards. I also supersetted each round with russian twist with a plate 5x12 (25,25,35,35,35). I stretched and headed home and ate 4 eggs, a banana, and 1.25 cups of oats. Unsure about tomorrow's session
Todays thoughts:
Sleep was solid today, beat the alarm by almost 20 mins. Energy was solid this morning (even when I was sucking wind by the 2nd superset). It definitely carried me throughout the lifting portion as well as the tire flips (343-616). Focus and pumps were pretty sharp throughout the session as well. Good session to make up for yesterday where I slept in and missed cardio

Today's thoughts:
Saturday workout is usually broken up into two parts, before clean n press and after clean n press where I'm sweating up a storm. Those are basically HIIT cardio for me at this point so I need energy and focus hitting quickly for these. Luckily both were spot on this morning from opening rep so I was able to get in a quality session. Pumps were also pronounced as well, especially thru the arms since I finally got the full arm session done. Next session Monday but peep the clip from today's session

Was able to get in a quality vertical shoulder day along with high volume arms afterwards yet still not be dragging. Focus and pumps were pretty sharp throughout the session (355-605).

Yeh after a while, it gets easier to get up at that time. Plus my toddler usually comes in around 430-5ish n he is a wild sleeper so I wouldnt get much quality sleep once he comes in. Definitely gonna need for myself to invest in some wrist wraps as well as a lifting belt in the near future

Woke up this morning at 315, downed a scoop of White Warped, and 10 mins later, I was out the door heading to the gym. After warming up, I went to spark leg day. First up was squats for 4x7,6,5,4 (295,295,305,315). Next was deadlifts for 4x5,4,4,5 (335,335,335,335). Last was a superset of lying leg curls 4x10,10,8,8 (155,155,160,160) and leg extensions 4x10,10,8,8 (170,170,175,175). I then did some HIIT conditioning. I did 30 yard sled pushes (15 yards down and back) with 115lbs on the sled for 6 reps. Afterwards, I came home and ate a pancake, turkey bacon, an orange, and 4 eggs. Quick turnaround with Chest and vertical back day tomorrow
Today thoughts:
Sleep was good again last night as I was able to beat the alarm by 15 mins. By the end of warm ups, I was certainly amped n focus ready for the brunt of leg day. Needed every bit of it since my lower back was feeling a little tender with squats and deads on the docket. Ended up having an ok session on both but certainly room for improvement on my end. After the auxiliary work, it was time to put in some conditioning work on the sled. Needed every bit of energy n focus for it since I was doing 30 yards total each set (emphasis was on moving the sled sufficiently which is why i lowered the weight from last time session). Active rest day tomorrow which is very much needed
Todays thoughts:
got slightly under 5.5 hours a sleep since I went to bed at 10pm (had to catch Amazing Race) but beat the alarm waking up 317. Today I needed every bit of energy and focus because my body was pretty sore (especially lower back). Workout time was longer than normal today (355-617). Was still able to get in a solid pump in the chest and back. Here was my 2nd set of bench press after 4 prior supersets

Today thoughts:
7 hours of sleep but lower back was still sore so definitely took me a while to get out the blocks. Final thoughts:
After using White Warped the past 4 weeks, I was able to test it out in different scenarios. I used it for 3 am sessions, 5-6am sessions, and even a session after breakfast. I must say that White Warped was highly effective in all scenarios.
The energy was more than sufficient, even with all the sessions lasting over 2 hours and a majority of the sessions at 4am in the morning. Was able to get amped and ready to put in work even with most my sessions starting 45mins or less upon waking.
Focus was pretty spot on as well to keep me focus throughout the grueling 2 hour sessions when most normal people are still getting sleep. Was able to lock in and get the most of each rep to help spark growth.
Even though all but one of my workouts were done on an empty stomach, pumps were very noticeable. With the high volume I was doing, the muscle was engorged with blood each workout.-#TeamBramble #GetFitOrDie

(final thoughts continued)
The sour gummy worm flavor more than lived up to its named. Tasted like a liquid version on the candy. No price point to report on since its not here on but each tub is 30 servings which is 10 more than tubs now a days. All in all, Id recommend White Warped to anyone and certainly would use again (would try the other flavors as well to see how they taste). All in all, solid work Controlled Labs on the new preworkout White Warped.
