Flavor: the best tasting CL Pre to date, almost like a strawberry belt without the sourness
Effect: active rest - 45lb barbell curls x30 & 135lb barbell squats 5x12
movements felt good, would like to see how it performs at 1.5 & especially 2 servings for 6g citrulline & 1g agmatine (646mg caffeine)
Energy: felt like a nice smooth boost, not so much that I couldn't make it active rest w/minimal weight & exertion (likely due to the theobromine absence which made White Flash a tad bit stronger in stimulation).

3/31 1 1/2 scoop: 4.5g citrulline, 3g tyrosine, 2.25g taurine, 750mg agmatine, 484.5mg caffeine, 150mg Spectra, 150mcg Huperzine A
Lat pulldowns 60 & 80lb 4x8-12 (no backward lean)
Cybex neutral rows: 290lb 3x3-6 (entire stack)
LifeFitness rows: 250lb 6x3-6 (under & overhand)
Stim: just right, not too strong & not unnoticeable; didn't experience any discomfort and lasted throughout my 2hr session
Pump: lifted the most weight I've ever attempted on LifeFitness machine rows, so I felt adequately fueled
4/1 2 scoops: 6g citrulline, 4g tyrosine, 3g taurine, 1g agmatine, 646mg caffeine, 200mg Spectra, 200mcg Huperzine A
barefoot squats: 135, 225 x11 & 6 narrow
Cybex leg ext. 110x12, 210x8, 250 3x6
Stim: too strong, made me hot and uncomfortable (theanine might have helped a little if it was included)
Pump: this was where the pump dosage was ideal & did 250lb leg exts. for the 1st time
4/2 1 1/2 scoops (will stick to this serving)
135lb close-grip decline bench 8x4-8
cable tri ext. 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70lb 2x8-12
60lb decline skullcrushers x12
decline cable crossovers 6x8
incline 40lb skullcrushers x30 & 17.5lb db skullcrushers x4-6
I wouldn't use anything less than 1 1/2 scoops, if a single serving contained 200mg of caffeine & 4g citrulline it would have been ideal for 1 1/2 or 2 scoop servings

I saw a lot of logs with the Gummy Worm flavor but finally see one with the Strawberry Jelly Beans. Glad to hear you're loving the flavor and also the effects so far.

100lb latbar rows 2x20 superset: narrow pullups x8
50lb db rows (single arm) x20 (2 dbs) x10 dropset: 40lb x failure
100lb db shrugs x5
100lb db rows x5 (single arm) & x1 (2 dbs)
Another good session, was able to push my limits with a higher rep range. Only real gripe is the stimulation becomes strong after maximal exertion ie. near the end of my workout (makes you feel overwhelmed & exhausted)
