    White warped controlled labs PWO log

    Received this great smelling (haven’t tasted yet) supplement in the mail yesterday and am going to try tomorrow on my pull day.

    Me: almost 39, 6’5” 262lbs
    Work: full time office dweller in a cubicle in the lower bowels of our building
    Do a ppl routine 3x a week, with some stair climber or basketball after to punish myself for eating like chit
    Current lifts: db press 100 x 8, squat 290 x 3, deadlift 375 x 1

    I’m stoked to try this strawberry jelly bean flavor tomorrow morning. I’m going with a full scoop because I’m not a soft ass (drink Red Bull daily).

    I’ll be back in the morning with initial impressions!

    Saturday 3/30

    Woke up and went to mcds for some sausage egg McMuffins and hash browns, look in bag as I’m driving away and they shorted me a hash brown!

    Got home stewing in rage and decided it was time for this pwo.

    Mixed a scoop in 8oz tap water, mixed really well.. pounded it and it tasted great! Says it takes half an hour so I walked to the gym and waited for it to kick in.

    Started with some deadlifts.. no pwo impact yet, but I feel some placebo kicking in. Pulled through 325 x 5 and then 350 x 2.. felt easier than normal, maybe it is the pwo!

    45 minutes since I consumed and feeling good with some RATM going through the wireless earbuds.. onto bb rows w/ db row superset.. 155 x 8 x 3 and 60 x 8 x 3.. brb.. actually did 155 x 12 for my first set! Also decided to do 50 jumping jacks during my 120 second rest.. feeling pretty good now!

    Heading into some pull ups w/ lat pull down supersets.. sweating pretty good now, more than normal..

    Pulling up 262lbs with an 81” wingspan is brutal, I’m probably going to go to snap city eventually doing these if I keep putting on weight.. I’m an hour since consumption and I’m feeling full of energy.. better than a Red Bull for pwo..

    This pwo is definitely fueling me for a more intense workout! I’m about halfway through and most saturdays I want to quit well before this.. doing some facepulls now, getting a bit of cotton mouth (I’ve drank 1/2 gallon of water since taking it).. awesome energy still!

    Time for some chin ups and superset hammer curls (does that even make sense to ss these two? Lol) got through that nicely.. I’m almost 90 minutes post pwo and going to hammer my arms tough now!

    I have to say this is some good stuff, I’m waiting to see if I crash at some point post-workout.. I’ll update how I feel later this afternoon, but that was a solid workout!

    Never did crash today, but I was active. Mowing lawns and whatnot. No more caffeine consumed all day.

    Here we go again: Tuesday 4/2 leg day

    Drank the pwo @ 16:15 hours for my 16:45 start time. Mixed well and I went with less water and pounded it, had to add a little extra water to rinse out the rest of the pwo. No wasting that!

    Through my warm up sets in the squat rack with ease.. onto my work sets.. today is “heavy” day for me in the rack.

    First set: 235 x 8 (tougher than I would have hoped, but I feel like I have good energy)..
    Second set: 255 x 6 (easier than the last set, sweating heavier than normal)..
    Third set: 275 x 3 (feel like I could have squeezed out one more, but I’m going for one last set)
    Fourth set: 295 x 2 (that’s damn near a pb for me)..

    Still feeling damn good, I’m going to go do some no hands stair climbing (min 55 floors in 10 minutes).

    I’m curious if I’ll be able to sleep at my regular bed time (21:30 hours)

    No issues with my sleep Tuesday night, so I got back after it this evening..

    4/4 Thursday push night

    Worked a bit late, so I took it at 19:00..

    Feeling sluggish, pre-workout but I knew this bad boy would get me going..

    Started with OHP (70 x 15, 95 x 12, 115 x 8, 135 x 6).. was still feeling good so did some 30 x 10 x 3 db lateral raises..

    Decided to do some incline db bench because I was rolling good listening to wu-tang and getting into my groove..

    Did 100 jumping jacks between each set too. (70 x 10, 75 x 8, 80 x 6) with a good sweat worked up!

    Moved into some push ups with super-setting some inclined push ups off the smith with the bar up around waist level.. have an awesome upper chest pump going, I don’t normally get that!

    Going to finish up with some bw dips (3 sets to failure w/ cable pull down superset).

    Feel awesome bros, good energy and a great pump! Going to do some stair climbing and then call it a night.. chicken tostados are on the menu tonight with some milk lol!

    Fortunately, my tolerance is high so I can and do sleep alright taking this later at night.. but like ragin mentioned this bad boy packs a caffeine punch!

    I’m really digging this stuff after my first 3 workouts, I hope it continues to help me push hard in the gym!

    Saturday 4/6: pull day

    Took a scoop half hour before working out and got to work..

    Got into deads and felt good: working sets went easy, pulled 355 x 3 with my last rep pretty piss poor, but whatever.

    Did pull ups to failure: 8,7,7 with superset lat pull-downs 110 x 10 x 3

    Headphones died which pissed me off, but kept going..

    Bb bent over row with face pull super sets 135 x 10 x 3 and 50 x 10 x 3 with face pull on the pulley

    Still going hard and hit my biceps tough:

    Hammer curls: 40 x 8 x 3 dbs
    Bb straight bar 75 x 12 x 4
    Pulley bicep curls 60 x 15 x 3

    Felt really good at the end, I think normally if my headphones die there I would have quit, but felt like it would be a waste of pwo!!

    Took a week off last week, it has been 8 months since I have taken a break.


    Came back strong af with a big scoop of white warped though.

    Felt awesome last night squatting.. broke my personal best 300 x 2! I’m pretty stoked bros, I can’t lie..

    I’d like to think it was that powdery goodness, mixed with some rest..

    Never thought when I started 10 years ago (squatting the bar), that my skinny ass would ever hit 300!

    Back in the gym early today..

    Took my scoop of strawberry jellybean and got after it..

    Did some incline bench dbs (60 x 10 x 4), with supersetting push ups.. felt a good amount of burn!

    Transitioned into db flys (40 x 12 x 3) while doing jumping jacks on my 90 second breaks.. worked up a good sweat at this point with solid energy level..

    Next stop shoulder db press (60 x 8 x 3).. feeling good so I threw in some 20lb db lateral raises as well.. stationary biked some serious hiit as well, sweating like crazy!

    Ended the workout with 80 floors on the stair climber in 18 minutes.. going to enjoy some pizza now for that work lol!

    Had to take Saturday off because I picked up a wicked blister mowing an out of control lawn!

    Was back in today for leg day.. slept on my neck weird or something and it hurts a bit, but I figured a scoop and a half would give me the proper motivation and it did!!

    Stretched out a bit and rode the bike for 6 minutes before getting in the squat rack..

    Took a couple Tylenol as well, so that made my neck feel a bit better I think.

    Did my warm up sets w/o too much pain in my neck, so I got into my work sets..

    235 x 10
    235 x 9
    225 x 10

    And a set of 135 x 10 front squats just for the hell of it.

    Had good energy, so I hopped on the stair climber for 60 floors in 10:30 and man my legs were buzzing hard lol!

    Soreness has already set in, so I’m going to bed early.

    One thing I like about WW, is that it doesn’t seem to impair my sleep so that’s big for me since I work out after work!
