Would it be more beneficial for me to focus on incline more than flat bench in my program for size?

They both work the whole chest to a certain degree.
I would do cycles of both say 8-12 weeks on one or the other.
Experiment and see/feel where your trying to hit.
How high you incline, and how you actually do the movement on grip width and elbow/upper arm positioning.
I personally like a low incline for chest development and a wider elbow position will engage the pecs a bit more.
Push the bar in line with the area of the chest your trying to hit with elbow position under the bar.
If your just trying to get stronger a more tucked position is probably better as it help engage more shoulders and triceps.
