20min walking 3.5mph at 10% incline (not holding on) and then ran 16 min outside (heart rate felt HIGH)
Hard workout today. Pretty low volume for myself. Felt wrecked though. I don't get nearly as sore as I used to. Part of the reason I'm doing this low volume especially on legs is so that I can still do my cardio without dying from leg pain. I do miss squatting 4 plates + though. This will be temporary though. Need to get that weight down for fire academy so that running is easier for me

Chest
Dumbbell Flys:
25x15
30x12
35x10
40x10
^Super Set w/
Flat Bench
135x15
185x12
205x10
225x10
^These sets burned dude. No rest period, just drop the dumbbell flys and go right into flat bench.
Incline DB Bench
50x15
60x12
70x10
^Super Set w/
Pushups
10 per set
Ran 20min on treadmill at 6mph followed by 20min of running outside
Totally different kind of workout than I'm used to guys. I miss the heavy weights and the volume. These workouts are both light weight and low volume compared to what I've done in the past. But I'm saving energy for all this cardio. Gotta drop the weight and be able to do tons of cardio for fire academy. I'm feelin a lot more confident now going in to this than I did before
This pre workout helps a lot! My energy levels are pretty low. 2600 cals per day is NOT a lot for me. This pre gives me plenty of energy to kill these workouts every morningThe 2 most important things to me when training are 1. The Muscle Mind Connection. and 2. Intensity

Down 2lb this week. At 217lb. Started at 230lb 4 weeks ago. Fire Academy starts in about 9 days. I'm happy with where my cardiovascular strength is and glad I'm down 14lb. Feel way more prepared for academy.
Great pre workout. Almost out now. Final review will be coming soon. Still have plenty of energy during and after my workouts. Expect a solid, positive review. The 2 most important things to me when training are 1. The Muscle Mind Connection. and 2. Intensity
