    Hello everyone

    hi, i'm Mary. So I've been training for 6 months doing strong lifts 5x5 for the first 3 months then on to a PHUL workout I've lost about 2 stone while doing this and don't know whether I should shred for summer bulk up or what my body is going to look like. Any help would be great.
