While you do have a bit of fat (I’d estimate abou 18-19%) the fact that you only weigh 143 says you don’t really have enough muscle underneath to look good with a very low body fat. Also, being 18, your body will grow muscle faster now than a few years down the road. For those reasons, I’d continue to bulk, aim to add about 2-3 pounds per month, and make sure you’re following a full body lifting program (hopefully you’re doing legs and back).
    S: 375 pounds x 1 - 168-pound bodyweight 5/2019
    B: 300 pounds x 1 - 177-pound bodyweight 7/2019
    D: 405 pounds x 1 - 168-pound bodyweight 5/2019
    OHP: 180 pounds x 1 - 168-pound bodyweight 5/2019

    This ^^^^.

OP, your lack of muscle (and age) outweigh any need to lose weight. Slow bulk and lift following a good full body routine with written progression protocol.
