Hi,
I’m looking for some advice and tips for meals as I’m a bit of a fussy eater.
I’m 25yo, 5ft9 & since starting training a couple of years ago I’ve increased in weight from around 7.5stone to 10stone.
I’ve got a high metabolism so need to be hitting around 3000-3500calories to gain weight, but I’m struggling to find high calorie meals for lunches etc to hit that count, I work in retail so don’t get a lot of time for my lunch break.
I’m not a big fan of the whole chicken and rice etc, I love a good sandwich!
I tend to have a 1000cal protein shake as my breakfast as it’s quick and I’m not a fan of eating as soon as I get up, i’m just finding it a struggle of what to eat for lunches/dinners.
Slap me on the wrist but I don’t eat vegetables as such, but eat potatoes etc
I’m not looking to become massively bulky because I’m naturally lean, but would still like to gain a bit more size and mass.
Any tips any of you experienced gym goers could give me would be really appreciated

Sure they can.
2x peanutbutter and jelly sandwiches
2x PB 380 calories (190/serving)
4x bread 280 (70/slice)
2x grape jelly 100 (50/serving)
2x tuna sandwiches "2 cans starkist chunk light tuna"
4x bread 280
2x tuna 140
2x mayo 100
2x bologna and cheese
4x bread 280
6x bologna 540
2x cheese 80
1x mayo 50
Have a big glass "2 cups" of whole milk with each meal 900 calories.
That's 3,130 calories.
Edit - Or just have your 1,000 calorie shake and make it 3,230.
Same here
Ok, those are a bit plain but, you said you were a "fussy" eater. So, I didn't add anything like a BLT, or oliveloaf on rye with baby swiss, honey mustard, pickle etc.
It would be much easier if you posted all the foods you DO eat.Last edited by Grelko; 03-26-2019 at 03:09 AM.
