    Sammysamgirl Nutrition Log (2019)-I’m back..

    Hey friends, as some of you may know, I’ve been a long-time poster in these forums. Literally since the beginning of my lifting journey (which honestly feels like ages ago now!)

    I used to track all of my nutrition in pictures/macros here on a daily basis and I found it helped me stay accountable.

    I’ve been off of any specific macro-plan for quite a while now, just kind of going by guessing or just down-right eating whatever to be honest.

    But I’m at the point where I just MISS being lean. As lame as it sounds, I felt a lot more like myself when I was counting macros daily and following a set routine.

    I feel like I am someone who likes to be challenged and lately I’ve felt pretty bored and un-motivated.

    Yes, I am in decent shape at the moment but no where near where I’d like to be.
    Thus, I’m creating this forum to start off my 90 UFE Challenge (Yes I signed up, felt lame but I needed something to motivate me...I like having a goal date in mind).

    Anyways, I’m going to post what I eat here, some of my training, cardio, thoughts etc. If anyone is interested!

    Here are my current stats:

    Female
    Weight: 131 pounds
    Height: 5’2 & 1/2
    Age: 23
    -I’ve been lifting for about 6 1/2 years.
    -Competed once in figure

    Starting Cutting Macros:
    1800cals
    130P
    185C
    60F

    —>My fat/carbs ratio I am quite leanient with. Typically they will fall around this range but sometimes fats may be higher/carbs lower and vice versa. I’m more concerned with hitting my protein and overall calories.

    I’ll be lifting 4x/week + 1 20min HIIT on the stairclimber
    (Chest/tris/shoulder, back and bis, legs, + likely an additional leg workout of some sort)

    Some foods from today...

    Super random, this was blackened chicken I made with some light spinach and artichoke dip.


    ..And a protein brownie for dessert because I slacked a bit on protein earlier in the day!


    Felt pretty good today..I sometimes forget how great I feel when I am tracking macros consistently! Definitely boosts my mood a bit!


    I’ve taken the past almost 5 days off the gym because of a sinus infection and fever but tomorrow will be my first day back again! Excited to train which is always a bonus.

    HEY GUYS. Just a little update, I am still here and alive, still on track, lol. For some reason I wasn’t able to post for almost a week here?! No idea why. But anyways I’m back and I’ll try to share some progress pics/a full update tomorrow along with some of the food I’ve been eating etc. Thanks again for those that are following along!
