But unlike Trump, Clinton did commit perjury. Which is why the democrats wanted Trump to give Mueller and his 16 democrat lawyers an interview under threat of perjury. Trump and his lawyers were smart to avoid this pitfall. Mueller could have tried to subpoena him, but there wasnt enough supporting evidence for a subpoena...and im sure there is executive privileges a president has to a subpoena that would probably make it voidable anyways (threat of FISA declas to a subpoena exposing the entire investigation for the fraud it was).
