    solid stack/program?

    New here seen some solid gains just seeing if this is okay....If I seen solid gains then why I'm I asking? Because some people say this is too many supps but I get around 4000-5000 cals a day from food. (NOT ALL JUNK FOOD, around 10% is.


    Supps currently taking follow fierce 5 routine, solid? BULKING IM 29 BTW not 49 lol

    ON 100% Whey
    MT Creatine
    VITAMODE
    PROGAINER < If I dont get my daily cal intake a drink this

    What do your macros look like? 4-5k kcals is a LOT. How sure are you on this number?



    Height? Weight? Profession? How long have you been training?

    I'd also drop the gainer since you're buying protein powder. Just add things with extra calories (eg. oats, oils, sugar, fruit, nut butters, etc) to the shake you're making.
