    Critique my leg day routine

    My current leg day is

    BB squat 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 adding 10lbs a set
    Seated leg curls 4x6-8
    Leg extensions 4x8
    Lying leg curls 4x8
    Hip adductor 4x6
    Hip abduction 4x8
    Weighted calf raises 4x15

Anything you guys would add or change on this?

BB squat looks somewhat low volume unless you are a powerlifter and pushing to get your 1RM up.

Do you deadlift on back day ? if so no need to do 2 variations of leg curls IMO also something like a walking lunge might help.

Way too much volume, not enough effort. And what i mean by that, instead of 4 challenging sets, do 2 hard sets that seriously work your balls, with as close to 10/10 execution as you can

Example of one of my leg days
    A1. Seated leg curl
    2 sets, 6-10

B1. Squat (never a bb back squat for me, either heel elevated SSB or banded hacks)
    2 sets, 5-10

    C1. Lying Leg Cur
    C2. DB RDL
    2 sets, 6-10

D1. Leg Ext, Banded Hacks, or Leg Press
    2-3 sets, 8-15
