    I need some advice

So basically I’m 5’9 and 4 weeks ago I weighed 13 stone 6 pounds. I have since then done about 6-7 weeks of Cardio and I feel like I have done good in the eating side but I don’t really know what snacks to have because I get really hungry in the evenings, even after eating dinner I get really hungry and healthy food cost so much, I need something to fill me up as a snack.

I must assume by “healthy” you mean low calorie.

The cheapest snack (mere pennies) I have is a piece of 45 calorie wheat toast. A snack that I have fairly regularly is Oikos Triple Zero yogurt, 110 calories, 15g protein, a little less than $1 each. Strawberries are a fairly low calorie fruit.

I’m cutting weight right now and I stay away from chips and crackers, they just don’t fill me up and too easy to eat too many.

foods that are high in protein, high in fiber, high in volume (water or air), low in energy density (low calories for its weight)

    1) Hard boiled egg
    2) Greek Yogurt
    3) Veggies
    4) Cottage Cheese
    5) Legumes
    6) Fruit
    7) Plain popcorn

Personally black decaf coffee removes all taste buds and cravings in the evening for me.

Carrots are cheap, chock full of nutrition and no cooking required.
