Injured XC/Track athlete attempting to lean bulk

Got injured at the end of my Cross Country season, went from running 45-55 mpw to zero. Fell off my diet a bit after getting hurt but am still pretty lean. Got back into lifting a few weeks ago and am biking 60-80 minutes a day about 5-6 days a week. Attempting to put on some muscle using the 45-25-30 (C-F-P) plan, eating around 2,700 cal a day. This comes out to 310-82-190. Weighing around 135 standing 5'9, what are some changes that I can make to my diet to maximize my gains, trying to keep the fatty mass as long as possible.

Gonna be hard to put on muscle while biking 80 minutes a day and eating so few carbs. Good luck!
