is it possible to sprain an elbow by cracking it like you're cracking your knuckles? i was doing that last night and i think i cracked it a little too aggressively and it's still hurting the next day. it doesn't hurt as much to extend it as it does to engage it or move my arm upwards. there is no swelling or inflammation, and i did not hear a snap or popping sound other than from me cracking it.

I mean anything is possible never head of someone that cracks their elbows. Icy hot works wonders.
