Would you do an only resistance band program with either fierce 5 or allpro?
I am a total beginner with no experience of following a fitness regime. Now that i am nearly 50, obese, and diabetic I’ve decided to change. I’ve lost 36lbs in weight but need to lose another 130lbs. So as I struggle with this I decided to see what else other than walking but all I have is resistance bands at the moment.
If I can a routine going I’ll see if my confidence will grow enough to join a gym.
