Mirin OP have some greens, as a fellow guy that did just what you did - PL and bloatmaxx through college, now approaching lifting with different goals. Was as high as 235 lb. at 5'9" and currently 185 lb. now. Want to get to 160-165 lb. and expect to have a physique and strength similar to yours.

Thanks man being lean is the way to go, and yeah I think I'm leader of poverty bench crew haha, I do want to get strong on bench tho sometime throughout my lifting career

Definitely hit abs if you want to see them. Don’t make the mistake I did on my first cut where I never did abs in my life so when I got lean af my stomach was flat. Btw awesome job and good luck.
