Hi,
it's been a while since I posted on this forum but I hope someone has an answer
I'm a Muay Thai fighter who will have his last fight(s) upcoming weeks
However,
i've been injured recently because i kicked someone's elbow with 100% power,
my entire (shin splint) left side of my shin hurted like hell afterwards,
now it's been a few weeks and I'm still hurting a little from it but I've noticed something:
My big toe (injured leg) has been very very cold / numb past week.
There hasn't been 1 moment that it felt normal.
Does anyone know what could be the issue?
I do struggle a lot with shin pain that's why I'm quitting Muay Thai
I will see a doctor about this but that's after my fights.
Any possible answers will be very helpful,
thanks!
