    Intermittent Fasting

    Hi Everyone,

    New to the forum, also new to trying to be in better physical condition, inside and out. My girlfriend and I had talked about fasting for quite a while, and finally decided to try it. We're a couple weeks in now and I've noticed appreciable weight loss already, as has she. But in relation to working out, does anyone have experience mixing that fasting with a weight routine? I still feel good at the gym, don't feel like I'm doing harm, but does anyone have documented gains/losses? The plan we're following is called "Eat, Stop, Eat".

    Congrats on getting started. As long as you’re eating proper amounts of protein, fat, and a decent number of carbs your time at the gym shouldn’t suffer. Below is a link taking about nutrition
