    Help getting back in shape

Hi so many years ago the wonderful people of bodybuilding forums helped me get in shape. I was about 15-18 when I started and finished working out. I am now 20 and College has been rough to me so long story short I am back. I am 178 pounds 5”9 and thighs and chest are very fat and I’m all around pretty disgusting. I was 148 pounds when I was in high school and I looked great. I’m not sure if I should bulk or cut at this point as I don’t want to be skinny ripped my whole life. I was considering ice cream fitness again and cutting my calories. Any tips?
