how much added sugar is recommended per day ? I eat around 5%-8% added sugar of total calories every day ..
is that amount ok ?

I can’t help on this one, I eat very few sugars in general, and the sweet things I typically eat I go with sugar free just for the lower calories (yogurt, jelly, maple syrup, Hawaiian punch).
S: 375 pounds x 1 - 168-pound bodyweight 5/2019
B: 300 pounds x 1 - 177-pound bodyweight 7/2019
D: 405 pounds x 1 - 168-pound bodyweight 5/2019
OHP: 180 pounds x 1 - 168-pound bodyweight 5/2019

yea he wrote that its recommended to stay under 5% of daily calories and thats the recommendation of whf and aha ..
