I have been lifting weights for about a year now ,but my form on the deadlift has never been perfect , there is always some lower back pain when I do deadlifts , and surprisingly its more pronounced when I am doing lighter weights.
There is a video of me doing a couple of deadlifts attached .
Is it because my hips are going up much higher than they should be ?
Any pointers on what I can do to improve my form ?
