    Question Shoulder impingement improves

hi, i’m 19, 5’8 - 162lbs, ‘ve been working out for 1 year now. my joints are suck, always stiff and cranky (knee,ankle,spine,wrist..) esspecialy my shoulder, every time i press, lat raise , my left shoulder pops so loud. i pretty sure i have a good form.
also my midtrap or scapcular ? every single time i squeeze it, there is a strange feeling like sore or smth i can’t explain, maybe tight ?
btw i broke my fibula 1 month ago, i removed the cast so how long, or when should i go back to the gym?.
    please help.
    n’ glucosamines or 1.2g omega3/day won’t help.

Maybe wait a few months before going back, but it might be permanent. If not warm up using light weights (1/2kg) or resistance bands specifically on your rotator cuffs - look up the exercises, they are elbow at 90 degrees and moving forearm.

Work on your mobility. You're probably stiff from sitting, smart phone, computer etc...

Make sure you're doing at least one pull for every pressing excersise.

Vertical press with a vertical pull
Horizontal press with a horizontal pull
