    Personally, I do a cheat meal one day a week, and have a set meal plan I stick to the other six days. There's temporary weight gain the day after, but after that day it returns to normal. I do it cause it's what has been working for me, but would I recommend it to someone else? Depends on what you observe happening to yourself, if you are satisfied with what you notice at your weigh ins. As others have mentioned, I think if you are moderate with the cheat meals, track what's consumed, and don't overdo it - it can work for you. Just my opinion.
