Legit leg pic is legit! Looks like some underlying vascularity showing. Where is your weight sitting now? Still cutting?
Careful...get too skinny and this happens (actually took a pack of skittles I stole from my son to make em 'pop')
Meh....Have no idea who he is. I generally dont post much in the Misc and I cant seem to recall him/her ever posting in training threads so I think I have a good read on his/her type. I hit his/her post history up and 3 pages takes you back to 2015. Not a single post about anything haveing to do with training.
Maybe since I have no idea who he/she is, I should just say Zhe is a racist
There were a few more interesting ones she has worn for sure. Some you would not believe!
There is a difference between taking 'locker room' pics and pics on the gym floor. If you cant see that, well...not sure what to tell ya.

No I get there's a difference if someone's nekkid but was wondering cos I think they told me at Starbucks a long time ago that I'm not allowed to take pictures there. So I was just wondering if they can do that legally. But then again, nobody's going to be obvious taking pictures anyway. They would always be ninja pictures and nobody would notice.

If it wasn't 20 degrees I can get some good vascularity going. It seems to hide in the cold. I've just started very slowly dropping my cals. Taking a different more patient approach this time. Weight is 220-230 depending on the day. Maybe back down to 205-210, IDK, as I'm chasing a 405 bench. The two goals never work out Might start drinking green "tea" before summer and see what happens w/ that, too.

I don’t care one way or another about the ninja pic of the guy in the op. Can’t see his face, his legs were pretty thin compared to upper body.
There is no privacy in a public gym. In fact at my gym they were shooting a commercial tonight. I saw signs last week that they would be today and tomorrow at 4:30pm. It was hilarious all the people that showed up hoping to “be famous” there was some lady wearing like a matching pink outfit just savagely attacking the heavy bag, it was wild uncontrolled flailing about. Lots of others who obviously don’t frequent the gym dressed in the most gym bro gym attire. Luckily I was finishing up by the time the filming started but the crew did come over an record me doing some isolation stuff as I was finishing up. I’m not sure the faces I make when getting the last couple reps in would make for a good commercial lol.
Bottom line there is no privacy. Although they did make everyone sign a waiver when we were coming in. I didn’t really sign it, just scribbled illegible junk on it cause I don’t want to be in their commercial unless they give me some free months lol.

Looking good. I totally understand. Just a note, if your goals remain power, do not cut too far. My advice is not below 12ish%. Inevidibly you will be drawing from intermuscular fat stores. (think that density look older bodybuilders get over time). You will get weaker lb for lb. I have lost a lot of relative strength by dieting down constantly. I was strongest within my first year back training. At 185 (just after my first good cut) I could bench 225 x 29 times. I am carrying almost 20lbs LBM more now, and I am not sure I could do that. Fat is your friend. By all means, get fit, but dont diet too far into your fat stores. As far as the Tea goes, we need to chat on that sometime.
Who are you? Obviously, you have never been in a gym before.
This can vary from state to state. But the gym would need a waiver since they are using your 'likeness'. That is different from just taking your picture. Likeness is a representation of us used to promote ideas, products, services, or things.
You can snap any pics you want in public. You can even sell them. Same way a paparazzi can snap unwanted pics of celebs in public and even sell them. Since they are just taking a picture of what essentially is just person in public. Not using the celebs 'likeness'.
But if you are using that likeness in an advertisement, or to sell a product or idea you need a release.RAW lifts

^^^ "You can snap any pics of anyone in public. You can even sell them. Same way paparazzi can snap unwanted pics of celebs in public"....Except we're not celebs, and didn't "sign-up" for this kind of INVASION of privacy in the gym, where you're expected to CONCENTRATE on your form (to avoid possible safety issues) and NOT have to worry about some d**khead getting into your personal space, being disrespectful.
People who have nothing better to do in the gym are constantly walking around the floor with their phones out, and management no longer enforces these "rules." I even see some (not most) trainers paying more attention to their phones than their clients...This is obviously more common an issue with the millennials, as they make up most of the membership in many commercials gyms today...Personally, I find it infuriating and uninspiring every day I'm there...Welcome to the "new" environment of hardcore serious training...Fact: My first-generation uncle was a boxer who fought Sugar Ray Robinson! He also fought in the war, sacrificing the career he deeply loved, so people could have the right to freedom.
Let's show RESPECT for the POLICE and ALL FIRST RESPONDERS by helping to keep THEM SAFE AND SOUND, and thereby able to PROTECT US!

Srs. I don’t run around taking pictures of people, but there are cameras everywhere, in the gym, in public, and big data captures everything you do on phones, pc, purchases etc. I guess the ninja pic of someone could be in poor taste for some, but it doesn’t rustle me at all. The story of last night I just thought was funny because I was deliberately trying to go through my session faster to gtfo before the filming started, but so many people showed up at a time when the gym is nearly dead usually. It was just weird, and it was funny. I wish I would have taken a vid of the lady attacking the heavy bag, I did a double take, it was hilarious. I was expecting her to jump on it and wrap her arms and legs around it and start biting it.
The waiver was for a commercial for the gym, it will probably be on the local government access channel or something, it’s just a park district facility. Either way, I guess I just don’t expect privacy in public in this day and age where everyone records everything for social media. There are always cameras in the gym and everywhere else, so can’t really get around it.

I think the fact they had waivers and signs stating they would be recording put the ball in the gym goers court whether or not they wanted to be there. That's a choice. Taking ninja pics and posting them is not. I don't expect to have privacy in some public spaces but in others I do. For me, I want to be do better than that. Again, that's me.

I'm 6'1 so walking around 205/210 I have a pretty good balance of aesthetics and strength. The reality is if I want to bench 405 natty at this point I'd either have to gain more weight or add some "help". It's not an excuse (at least for me), I think. I've been banging my head against the wall for sometime with this goal and the best I've gotten recently was 355 comp paused at about 215 BW. Then I hurt my shoulder (unreleated) and had to rebuild, again! Frustrating...
I get advice, which I incorporate, from world class benchers so I know my training path isn't bad. Then I hurt my shoulder (unreleated) and had to rebuild, again! Frustrating...☻/

If I take my kids to Target after I pick them up today and some DB is taking pics of them you'll read about me on the interweb. At what age do we give up that expectation? Why do we resign ourselves to that? Sure, video cameras are out there but they are passive and the footage almost always kept private. I don't see the comparisons w/ that and ninja pics posted on public forums.

I think (I hope) it's clear that Ninja pics, while potentially funny... are stepping well over a line for the majority of forum users (I was uncomfortable, even though his face wasn't shown).
As a moral dilemma, would you re-post the meme pic "Remembers the beer, forgets leg day", because I'd be surprised if the guy there consented to pic use (and it shows his face). Is posting the meme better/worse that ninja stalker pics at I_D's gym? (I think this is worse but I can't quantify why)
But I think we've beaten I_D up enough? I can't see him (or many others) rushing to post any more like this soon. Can we all just drop it now...

So you are saying that a 'celebrity' somehow has a different legal status than any other private citizen? Although you might not believe it, I respect the privacy of others tremendously. We live in an area with a good amount of celebrities and sports figures. I hate seeing people bother them. A top NFL 'Pro-bowl" player lives close to us and our kids go to school together. I felt so bad for him at the kids 'field day'. The guy could not even watch his own kid as so many of the dads were going up to him and bothering him, asking him to sign stuff and take pics with him. It was really sad. I did not even ninja pic him because I could care less whether someone is famous or not. Now....if he had really small legs, your damn right I would have snapped a pic
405 Bench is not worth it, nor is any PR. I have never lifted a weight and felt satisfaction for more than a few moments before what I wanted to life next comes into my head. I guess you might be the same. I would not base your decision to remain natural or not on achieving an arbitrary number for your bench. All I am saying.
What if you are at one of your kids games and people are all there taking pictures? Do you expect them to all come to you and ask for releases? I get, if there is some creepy dude, by all means do what feel right. Heck, in my book the camera is not even necessary. They could just look at my kids wrong, and I might be on the news along with you
I can take it. I still see absolutely nothing wrong with what I posted and if I see something else similar, I will probably post that too. As you mentioned, the countless meme reposts on this forum, and all uproar they cause...not! I WILL post another leg pic now! Took this last night. Last night was a post workout carb up.

I see what you're coming from, but we are also regular people on the forum. I'm sure there is someone who saw this post and realized that they need to do legs or not end up liike this guy. Could see it as a necessary evil. Besides, he didnt show dudes face or anything. Although, i must say his legs almost look like he has cerebral palsy or something. In which case, post would be ****ed up.

Grub are you feeling left out? Ok, I'll come to your rescue!
Can everyone please stop picking on Grub... He is so bothered by this issue, he can barely leave his home anymore worried his image might be captured, and even worse, become the source of others entertainment. He will no longer enter business as they all have cameras. His worry is, if a funny event happens, he may find himself on Americas Funniest Videos. Or worse, he just might go "Postal" and end up on Stipid Criminals TV Show. You know the occupation has its risks and some people just snap.
This guy is probably not happy someone snapped his pic! Is this OK though because technically he was on the clock on 'our' payroll when the pic was taken?

Seriously?
I said my bit, you said yours...I even let you have the last word. I figured there was a silent agreement to disagree. I assumed the next time we met on a different post there wouldn’t be any hurt feelings. I have disagreements with people I have relationships with all the time.
But now you just sound like a butthurt child. Trying to be mean (or cute...not sure which).
I know you won’t care...and I’m sure you’ll have a smart and witty comeback, but you’re going to have to earn back my respect.

haha! but that's how he gets his validation. If you haven't figured it out by now, that's what this thread was aboot.
I am curious tho - Why put in so much obvious effort and commitment and yet not compete in anything related to lifting? - to my knowledge anyway. IMHO, that's no different from the imbalance of the dude posted in the OP and just as silly. What are you going to have to show for your efforts down the road beside some pictures posted on a supplement forum?
and please try to answer in 500 words or less.

Not trying to white knight for ID here, but can't it be "for himself"?
I mean I don't compete or anything either AND my wife has actually told me she doesn't really care for the "bubbly" (her words) muscles on guys either. Not saying I am anywhere close to ID's build, but as far as the effort and committment Chaz mentioned--I think my journal would indicate it is right in line with him/his. I don't do it for anyone/anything but for myself and there isn't anything wrong with that. My two cents.Epic Beard Man crew
