Good evening Gurus!!!
This question has probably been asked a million times, but what is everyone's advice on how to lose that last bit of belly fat that's hanging on for dear life? I'm a smaller fella. Been lifting for a few years with nice results. Always been relatively lean, but I definitely find that as I'm getting older (approaching 40), that layer on the mid section likes to hang out and stay a while.
I eat clean almost all the time. Started incorporating more biking and a small amount of HIIT. Any other suggestions you guys could recommend would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks to all! Stay awesome everyone!!!!!

I agree. Slightly lower your calories and continue losing a few more pounds.

As everyone else said if you want to lose more fat you need a higher calorie deficit. Eat less and move more.
Based on Avi you are pretty lean so weight loss will generally take longer so aiming for 1lb a week will be difficult without some muscle loss.
However the process is the same eat less calories then you need and you will lose weight.
