    This true?

    Hi All,

Yesterday I pit up a post saying I am
Not losing fat so I got my total body composition done...

On March 1st at about same time my results were

    150.8 lbs
    Body water 85.5
    Lean body mass 117.1
    Body fat 33.7
    BF percentage 22.3

    Today

    150 lbs
    Body water 89.1
    Leanbody mass 121.9
    Body fat 28.1
    BF percentage 18.7

    Are these numbers reasonable?
I was doing strict diet and hiit 5 times a week and was doing strength training 4 times a week apart froom HIIT... I was worried about scale yesterday so I posted not losing but I feel pretty good... but should I feel too good?

Those numbers are garbage, don't pay any attention to them. There is no device in existence that can give you accurate body composition numbers, which is why from day to day (even hour to hour) you will see drastically different results from those crappy little machines.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.
