The one time I actually had a training partner (when I was 19 in the army) we were doing a p/p/l and he always skipped leg day. At least he was honest...he said, “I just don’t give a sh*t about legs”. He was very tall and skinny as hell. He asked me to train him after he broke up with his GF. I’m guessing he’s not still lifting today.

A few posters here have been concerned that working legs, especially big lifts like squats or reads) would reduce their recovery capacity for other more "important" lifts (preacher curls??) and so would impact their gains. I'd personally want to use more carefully chosen words/imperative phrases/gestures than "creative", but an excuse... Yes.

I normally to legs on Monday, but during ski season that changes to later in the week...if ever. I remember the first time i said it last year after skiing Friday-Sunday and a buddy gave me the WTF M8 look. Proceeded to explain i could barely walk at the end of each day.
