My goal is to bulk — that’s the correct term, right? — and I know I have to eat a lot. Shooting for about 3000-3500 calories. Today was a weird day, I woke up pretty late.
Lunch:
Burger
Vegetable garbanzo
Fruit Smoothie
Snack:
Just straight up peanut butter, like two spoonfuls
Dinner:
Huge ass salad with diverse toppings and a ton of grilled chicken
Stir fried grilled chicken with noodles and some meat
Beans
I might take pictures of my plates to get advice because it’s hard for me to report what I have and what I put into my salads.I was once to afraid to pull the bowl.
